Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and pages viewed. It works without cookies, does not identify you, and cannot track you from one website to another.

Booking a consultation

Consultations are booked through Calendly. Its window only loads when you click “Book a consultation.” The information you enter there (name, email, phone, message) is processed by Calendly and shared with us to arrange the conversation. Calendly may set its own cookies inside its window, in line with its privacy policy.

WhatsApp and email

If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive your number or address and the content of your message. We use them only to reply and to follow up on your request.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the periods required by the regulations that apply to our business.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing tomaxime@stbarthprivateoffice.com. You may also file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
